Thomas Aronica

Co-Founder and CEO

Thomas began his entrepreneurial career by founding payment processing company PCI Professionals in 2005. Experiencing rapid growth from its onset, Thomas built PCI Professionals until it became an acquisition target in 2010. During this time, Thomas executed detailed business and marketing plans, managed sales and executive level staff and performed business analyses, developed marketing and advertising collateral, planned and executed trade shows, and developed custom solutions for identified shortfalls. In 2011, PCI Professionals was acquired by SkyBank Financial and Thomas was appointed as the CEO of the newly formed entity. As a graduate of the University of Miami where he earned a Bachelor of Science with majors in Computer Science, Marketing and Mathematics, Thomas has blended his knowledge of computer systems with his expertise in account management, strategic planning and consultative sales to present a unique skill set, making him a pioneer in his industry.

Philippe Houdard

Co-Founder

Philippe Houdard is co-founder of SkyBank Financial, as well as Pipeline, a high-design shared office space fostering a community of entrepreneurs, start-ups, independent professionals, and small business teams. He is also founder and president of Developing Minds Foundation, a not-for-profit organization that builds schools and supports education projects in areas affected by armed conflict and poverty. Previously, he served in executive positions in sales, marketing, and mergers & acquisitions for mid-size and Fortune 500 companies. Philippe graduated with a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University and a BS in Business Administration from University of Florida.

David Feinberg

Director of Business Development

David S. Feinberg brings with him over 25 years of management experience in the financial services industry. His range of expertise includes: Consumer, Commercial and Mortgage Lending, Merchant Services, Business Development, Sales Management, Operational Efficiencies, Call Center Management, Strategic Planning, Project Management, Loan Underwriting and Marketing. David’s career began as a part time Teller and was quickly promoted to Operations Supervisor, prior to moving to Florida in June of 1993. Since then, David has served in various positions including Vice President Area Manager for Amtrust Bank, Senior Vice President District Manager for Northwest Savings Bank, and Vice President of Retail Services for Tropical Financial Credit Union. David is actively involved in various community based organizations including The March of Dimes, Relay for Life Kids in Distress-5K Run, Annual Toy Drive, Broward Partnership for the Homeless, Florida Aids Walk, Fort Lauderdale Pride Center- Former Board of Director, Rainbow Business Coalition-Former Board of Director and Plantation Rotary.
